Shantal Powers
I’m Shantal , affectionately known as “MooMoo,” the proud owner and cake artist behind MooVille Bakery & More in Jacksonville, Florida. My love for art grew into a passion for creating cakes and treats that tell a story. Whether I’m designing a birthday cake or bringing a dessert experience to a corporate event, I love taking someone’s idea and making it personal. MooVille is also close to my heart because it honors my grandmother, Carlene, whose memory lives on through our cow mascot, Carla Bell. As a wife, mother, and daughter of a veteran, I’m proud to build a business rooted in family, creativity, and love—one sweet celebration at a time.

In Loving Memory of Carlene Spencer aka“Carla Bell”
MooVille is dedicated to family, love, and dreams—building a legacy that lives beyond us. Though Carlene is no longer here to see what her granddaughter's dream has become, her spirit remains part of our journey.
Through Carla Bell, the heart of MooVille Bakery & More, may Carlene’s name, love, and memory continue to live on for generations to come. 🩷🐮
A dream she watched begin. A legacy built in her honor.

Family is at the heart of MooVille. Every cake and treat I create is part of a dream to build something meaningful for my children while honoring those who helped shape me. Through creativity, hard work, and love, I’m building a legacy one sweet celebration at a time. Thank you for supporting my dream and becoming part of our MooVille story.
